Become a ghost

You don’t need to tell everyone your plans ,its okay to disappear from everyone else so you can have more time to focus on improving yourself ,going on a vacation or avoiding certain places ,people and things to protect your energy.

If you want to share your goals with someone make sure it’s someone with a positive mindset on the same boat as you and when people ask you what you do for work or how much you make or what do you want to do with your life ?you dont have to tell anyone. You can let them wonder then show them instead.

If you feel the need of a break from people you see often or society as a whole go ahead and become a ghost. People might talk and miss you but pls don't feel guilty. Go have fun,protect your mental health and energy. Its okay to go away, its okay to say no, your not obligated to always be surrounded by others.

Lastly if you don't like the energy a certain place ,person or thing radiates go ahead and become a ghost to protect your energy

Manipulation ,misleading advice ,narcissistic behavior ,abuse,drugs,low vibrations any of these you can become a ghost to…i had to become a ghost to a-lot of people that weren’t matching my energy.
