Your crown holds wisdom,

You are powerful,

cellular renewal happens in the body every 7 years,

Your third eye holds awareness

You are powerful,

Every 3 to 4 months, your body generates fresh red blood cells,

Your throat can cast spells,

You are powerful,

skin renews itself every 4 weeks,

Your heart can heal others,

New stomach cells are created every 3-5 days,

Your solar plexus radiates confidence,

You are powerful,

theres wisdom in your instincts,
