Periods are serious!

I want to talk about how important it is to understand woman during thier menstrual cycle because its often misunderstood.did you know that it really is a cycle of events that happen to a woman?so basically a period means a woman may be experiencing any of the symptoms that bleeding every month can cause.

Stop judging woman for being overly dramatic!If there not hurting anyone physically and just ranting about something pls support them and have patience because they could be on their period.our bodies have to go through this because thats the science behind menstruation.hormones are being produced that is what can cause mood swings.

Instead of telling a woman to stop crying and relax! Give her comfort,show affection,buy her gifts/food and take her out.this will help so much and it shows you are supportive of her womanhood .this is a great time to ask her what she wants and likes or what she wants to do.ask her how she feels and if she says she doesn’t want to be bothered then accept it.

This goes for people that are dating woman..pls be ready to get flashed! During a womans cycle we are constantly producing sex hormones called gametes.sometimes we want to do alittle foreplay,kissing and cuddling.just be ready for your lady lol.

Besides emotional symptoms..we can also feel physical ones like nausea,migraines,body aches/sores,bloating,fatigue,cramps,back pain,stomach pain,breakouts,irritability,weight gain,weight loss,lost of appetite,hungry/cravings,joint pain,fever,tender breast and swelling!

of course all woman are different...some will experience what others dont and all woman control their symptoms differently .so please be supportive to any female you know especially during her monthly cycle. 🍑🩸
